Moratuwa Divisional Secretariat is divided into 03 Samurdhi Zones and each zone consists of 14 Grama Niladhari Divisions. One bank has been established for each of these Samurdhi Zones. One Samurdhi Development Officer has been appointed for each Grama Niladhari Division and one Samurdhi Bank for each Samurdhi Bank. One Manager has been appointed each. Banks are supervised by the Samurdhi Community Based Banking Society.
The activities of Samurdhi Banks and Banking Societies, the institutional activities of Samurdhi Officers are supervised by the Samurdhi Headquarters and a Headquarters Manager has been appointed for this purpose.
